5” WIDE COMPOSITE CAP RAIL

• Composite cap rail looks like wood, feels like wood and cuts like wood; but it is covered with the same pure PVC coating as the rest of the rail system.
• Contoured sides give the appearance of a stylish, expensive wood moulding.
• Wide cap rail makes the railing an active part of the deck for placing drinks and plates while barbecuing or relaxing.
• Caps over posts to create clean sight lines.
• Greatly increases the structural integrity of the rail.

ALUMINUM “H” CHANNEL

• Aluminum “H” channel provides the strength and rigidity of an aluminum railing system. The vinyl exterior insures a lifetime of maintenance free durability.
• The aluminum “H” channel is easily cut on site using the same multi-tip carbide blade you will use to cut the vinyl.
• The aluminum won’t rust or stain the way that lower quality products with galvanized steel inserts will.

DECK RAIL™ KITS

• The convenience of having everything to create a complete rail section in one box (6’, 8’, 10’). DECK RAIL™ KITS make the perfect rail for porches and stairs, just add the cap (sold separately) to create the ultimate backyard deck rail.
• Our unique bracket system allows an entire rail section to be installed in about 15 minutes.

BALUSTER CHOICES

• DECK RAIL™ is available in a traditional 1.25” square baluster, an elegant 1.5” Victorian baluster for 36” rail, or a sophisticated 1.5” Colonial baluster for 42” applications.

GATES

• If it’s added security you desire, add a gate kit to your installation. Deck rail gates are available from 36” wide to double gates up to 8’ wide. Like all Endurance components, even our gate hardware is maintenance free and carries a lifetime warranty.

INSTALLATION SOLUTIONS

• The DECK RAIL™ system offers accessory bracket sets for every installation; 45º corners, adjustable angles from 0 - 44º, round columns, stairs and level rails.
• Another industry first from RDI is the two piece level bracket and three piece stair bracket designs. This innovative design provides the ultimate in safety while making installation the fastest and simplest ever!
• The unique two piece bracket looks like a decorative wood rosette block while providing the ultimate in security with or without the decorative cap. And, of course no mounting hardware is visible.
